Tokyo Metro is a Japanese sushi train restaurant that pays homage to the intricately designed metro system in Tokyo. Taking inspiration from a metro map, names of suburbs are placed on the ceiling design while the panel and tile designs are applied to echo the materials typically used in a metro platform.
